We strive to provide high-quality digital templates, guides, and resources to help you accelerate your IAM journey.
Because our products are digital downloads, they are not eligible for return or refund once the purchase has been completed and the file(s) have been accessed or downloaded.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales of digital products are final.
Once your payment is confirmed and the download link is sent or accessed, you no longer have the right to cancel or request a refund, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Article 16(m).
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You did not receive the download link and our support team is unable to provide it.
• The file is corrupted or not accessible, and our team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
To request a review of your case, please contact us at contact@iamresourceshub.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
